So true about choosing gratitude. I was running late for an appointment. And it seemed that I was hitting every traffic light and every traffic jam. And I was just simply cursing under my breath cause I had to meet with the taxing authority, and I sure as heck did not want to be late...and then I realized what I was doing. I was giving this negative situation more power. Then I thought how do I change this? I wanted green lights. So the next light was green and I said thank you. Guess what the next light was green and I said thanks again. And amazingly all but one light was green. I got to my appointment 2 minutes late vice the 15-20 I was looking at previously.
